• Winterizations
• General maintenance and repairs associated with foreclosed homes

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle
• Smartphone capable of taking and uploading photos using PPW Mobile
• Ability to complete work according to client guidelines and timelines
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Basic tools and equipment needed to perform preservation services
