US-Based Property Preservation Processor

I am a senior looking for work. I came across your craigslist advertisement for contractors. I am not a contractor but I do have experience in processing work orders for various clients and account management/Admin tasks as needed. 

 

I have been working from home 15 years Processing work orders for various client, detailed photo inspection to provide bids, review work performed completion,  account management tasks, communicating/following up with contractors daily and updating the clients as needed, emails responses to clients, tenant rental appointment setups/completions, 3rd party, Utility, Tenant rental repairs, Eviction confirmation and scheduling., I am familiar with various client work types and requirements.

 

I am familiar with client/processing as needed MCS/5Brothers, NFR, GAM, ZVN, Altisource, Single Source, Brookstone, Cyprex, Xome, A2Z, Arms.

 

I am willing to learn as needed.
