Property Preservation vendor

We are seeking a professional Property Preservation Vendor to provide high-quality property maintenance and preservation services in Catoosa and Whitfield counties (GA) and Hamilton County (TN). This role involves servicing residential and vacant properties on behalf of investors, lenders, and property management companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and seasonal maintenance including lawn care, landscaping, and debris removal

• Conduct property inspections and report findings

• Handle board-ups, lock changes, and winterization

• Perform minor repairs, plumbing, roofing, and electrical work as needed

• Ensure properties are compliant with safety and security standards

• Submit timely and accurate work reports and photos

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property preservation or residential maintenance

• Ability to travel and service multiple properties within assigned counties

• Fully insured with General Liability ($1M minimum) and Workers’ Compensation

• Background-checked personnel

• Own equipment and transportation necessary for property maintenance tasks

• Reliable and able to complete work orders promptly

Preferred:

• Knowledge of local property codes and regulations

• Experience working with REO/foreclosure properties or rental-occupied units
