We handle ongoing residential and commercial property preservation & maintenance projects, and due to increasing volume, we are urgently onboarding reliable vendors who are ready to work and grow with us.

Scope of Work Includes (but is not limited to):

• General Handyman Services
• Carpentry & Door Repairs
• Plumbing Repairs
• Electrical Repairs & Fixture Replacements
• Lock Changes & Property Securing
• Drywall & Interior Repairs
• Painting
• Window Repairs & Board-Ups
• Trash-Out & Property Clean-Up
• Ongoing Residential Maintenance
• Commercial Maintenance (storefront repairs, minor facility maintenance, etc.)

Who We’re Looking For:

We need contractors who are:

• Experienced in property preservation or general maintenance
• Equipped with their own tools & reliable transportation
• Professional, responsive, and deadline-oriented
• Able to provide before & after photos
• Licensed & insured (preferred for specialized trades)
• Ready for consistent, year-round work
